今天面试碰上个工作经验丰富、思维活跃的……一番面谈下来发现之前在培训组的学习和工作是没有白费的……

尽管我已离开了那个岗位，但在那个岗位了解到的东西在面谈时仍然适用，应聘者问到的一些细节问题，凭着我对那些工作的认识都基本能解答……
