Hola amigos de @actifit. Este el inicio de una gran aventura de ejercicio físico, esfuerzo y consagración. La actividad física es muy importante para mejorar nuestra calidad de vida y garantizar un correcto equilibrio entre mente y cuerpo.
Considero a @actifit como ese complemento ideal al ejercicio físico. Esto debido no solamente al incentivo económico, sino además por dar la posibilidad de compartir nuestras experiencias con la grandiosa comunidad de Steemit.
