My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019

Today was a low step day but I have a reasonable excuse. I have had two wisdom teeth extracted. The process was fairly painless due to the 6 injections the dentist gave me. The good news is that I am not feeling too bad.

I am feeling sad though. One of my all time favourite bands lead singer has passed away today. Keith Flint from The Prodigy. I went to a gig in Bristol in the early 90s which I will never forget. RIP Firestarter.

      Great track @tryskele I'm a big fan of Experience over fat of the land but they are both great. Keith looked so different back then.

        OH I bet. I'll have to look up that album. It's like all the issue when Smack My Bitch Up came out, it was hard to find anything. I was glad I bought the CD well before then. I actually like that track too.
