My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2019

More amazing adventures in Tioman. Today we helped out in the Turtle Project's yard sweeping up leaves and sorting out the compost heap.

After we went back to a beautiful waterfall that we visited the week before. We trekked through a jungle pathway for an hour to get there. No photos because we were swimming and I didn't want to risk my phone.

      You just need to use a waterproof phone

      But hey, it does feel very enjoyable to swim in some cold water from a natural waterfall, and I do want to do that right now because the temperature is so dreaded hot here...
