Off work today,stay in home.The weather is sunny,the temperature is warm and comfortable I have a lot of house work to do and need to take care my kid. No time to take walking exercise.At night ,when all things are settled down.I still took twenty minutes walking exercise before sleep.I think actifit changed me .These are today's activities.
