Off work today,I got a throat infection.It turned into a fever.So I went to hospital to get treatment.The weather is sunny,the temperature is warm and comfortable .In the afternoon after noon nap I still took walking exercise around living quarter. At night ,when all things are settled down.I still took twenty minutes walking exercise before sleep. .These are today's activities.
