Düzenli spor aktivitileri yapmaya devam ediyorum. Hava sabah biraz soğuk olduğundan yürüyüşü biraz geciktirerek öğlen yaptım. Fena da olmadı :)
Öğleye kadar zaten iş ortamında yeterince hareket etmiştim. Öğle arasında 1 saatlik yürüyüşle beraber aktivite sayımı rahatlıkla doldurmuş oldum.
Sağlıklı bir yaşam için herkesin haftada en az 4 gün tempolu yürüyüş yapması gerektiğini biliyor muydunuz?
