My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019
Had a pretty good day today, I went to the Y and did my usual treadmill routine, then some stretches and stationary bike, I like to mix things up a little, every now and then.
Here I am using the stretch band to loosen up these tired legs. As you can see I am doing it wrong, cause the other leg should be straight, no wonder it's so hard to get in shape lol
