My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2019

Sunday was not a day of rest for me, it started with me working my barbells at the house, then I was off to the Y to do my thing on the treadmill. Then got back home and did house work and then some serious push ups on the exercise ball.

And now it's time for a power nap, that will surely turn into a over night deep sleep. Good night guys.
