My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2019
Today was another super hot day here in southern Illinois 😎😎😎 So once again me and @blueeyes8960 got our steps in early while it was still cool.
We mostly just walked a couple of laps around the park, then went back home before the heat set in. Once we got home I did my seven77 pushups on the driveway, and you can see it here
After that, I pretty much stayed in the house and worked on steem, because it was too much steam outdoors lol😆😆😆

Great stepping and yeah the intensity of heat can actually ruin plans for the day. For me in that case I hit up the mall cause it’s got ac there.
