Good to see you achieving the target. Better if it is done at work and you don't even know the target has been met. I hate having to find something extra to do to achieve the goal.
I know, I like to just drink a beer and watch some Netflix while munching on something good after work.
Lol. Pity that isn't an activity that counts. I could do a few swigs and munches myself without breaking into a sweat unless they had chili in them somewhere.
