My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2019 - Twitter Share2Steem Video Demo Post

Today started off pretty good, took Jerry for a 25 to 30 minute walk and recorded my Twitter live stream of my #Seven77 pushups while I was at it.
Quickly slap together at lunch tidying up the house and then took off for work.
Got to work for 12, we were right on track and finish the day just on time. I did mostly dividing of the dough today and set up of the morning.
So today we went for a 45 minute walk the extended loop all the way around our neighborhood, totalling 19,000 and some change steps almost hitting my 20 K goal.
