My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2018
Since I tend to take a “rest day” approach to my Sunday morning walks, last night I took some time to plot out a better route than the one I had been using that would also get me over the 10k steps threshold for Actifit. (I think that’s still the relevant top-tier threshold for the new reward system, but I’m not 100% sure.) You can see from the stats that I was off by about 30%. Also, I ended up walking down some streets that didn’t have great lighting, which wasn’t great. So I think my route still needs some fine tuning.
The bright side is that Pokémon Go does a good job of providing lots of little virtual points of interest for me to plan routes around — this morning I hit a few gyms and stops that I had never been to before. Unfortunately the pokemongmap.info site doesn’t seem to be completely current with all the gyms and stops, but at least it’s a good starting point.
