5K. Barely. Yesterday.
Worked from home and no real dogwalks. Only 1. Dogs are at the in-laws.
Really shows you the difference between
a) dogealks, office work, and comedy shows. And
b) none of the above.

Have an improv show tonight. Did a bunch of stretches for it. A bit anxious. As usual. Water count is low today and at 7K steps. Might get another 1K or so trpsing all over town tonight..
