Ho appena superato una giornata di "inizio influenza", stamattina non andava molto bene ma nel pomeriggio fortunatamente mi sono ripresa.
Ecco a voi i passi che ho fatto portando fuori il cane🐾
Un nuovo modo di fare un po' di "cardio" e muoversi un po' dopo queste feste.
Non so vuoi ma questi giorni di festività mi hanno un po' scombussolato la routine😅 ho bisogno di normalità, niente abbuffate e più focus🔥

This Is a different way to do some "cardio" and move our bodies after these holidays.
I don't know you, but these holidays have messed up my routine 😅 I need return at my normal routine, without binges and more focus🔥
