My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2019

Well today I did the bare minimum as it was raining. What I used to get myself out the house was the fact that my wife left something at her parent’s house which is a relatively close distance away. So I took the opportunity to make an Actifit mission of it !

Umbrella in hand and phone in pocket I went out and got my actifit on. You see, usually Jamaicans would not be caught in the rain , especially to take a walk. So I tricked myself by adding the mission of picking up the thing my wife forgot.

Here is Ramu Chan, my in-laws’ dog, she could do with some actifit. This is the type of dog that never leaves the house. ( Talk about the good life lol.)
