I felt so STRONG today!!! I found myself walking and walking and walking!!! And it just felt so GOOD!
I didn't think I'd be able to get steps in today because we took my dad back to the airport! But I decided to walk BEFORE that and LOOK!!!!
Almost 17k steps today!!!!!

It feels too long since I went on a really long and beautiful walk. I will get back to it. I loved walking first thing in the morning, but now that's my writing time.
i become so much lazy because of this cold weather. Love to stay at home cozy and comfy. But weather of yours are so energetic and you are getting addicted of walking .. love that
