My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

Hello, sports friends.
Today I have enjoyed sometimes the day and have got brown in the sun. These were a few small rounds with the dog and this for today. Must also be sometimes.

And then was there still this insect on my chair. What is that? I have never seen something like that.

Ich habe heute mal den Tag genossen und mich in der Sonne gebräunt. Ein paar kleine Runden mit dem Hund und das war es für heute. Muss auch mal sein.

Und dann war da noch dieses Insekt auf meinem Stuhl. Was ist das? Ich hab sowas noch nie gesehen.

    Ja das scheint denen ja sehr nah zu kommen. Komische Viecher gibt es schon. Und es werden jedes Jahr mehr.
