My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018

I am remembering the post tonight. I honestly have been a little bit haphazard with it of late. It was a chilly day so I walked fast. I ought to check my phone and see the temperature I went out with just a sweatshirt and some jogging shorts on and did I get a rude awakening. I'm glad I wore the sweatshirt.
