My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2019
It was another lovely walk day little bit warmer than yesterday and it was on the phone while walking which meant I had to go further because the app does not registers many steps when I'm holding the phone up to my mouth has when it's in my pocket so that was a lesson learned but anyway it was good to get out there and get the steps in and reach my goal again for the day until tomorrow.
