My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2019
Hey there everybody!! Despite having to work all day, I managed to get out for a nighttime hike. No rain and it’s unusually warm for the season. It was more like a springtime night hike 🤗 I did a little bit of what I call hallway hiking at work. Thursday’s work load is mostly billing and office work as the doc isn’t there and it’s just me, myself and I. I’ve got to get up and move or I might lock up, lol! Anyway, it was good to get outside. I have exercise asthma which is extremely annoying, but it wasn’t too bad tonight. Well, that’s it for now. Have a great day wherever you are! 😎
