My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！
今天用班前会时间与晚班家人一起练习了队列，一方面是有几位新加入的家人他们的队列动作不是很标准，看到别的兄弟姐妹在班前会的动作和自己的相比，能看出他们自己都有些“尴尬”，为了起到统一标准；另一方面也是对其他老家人们的练习及检阅，提升大家的精，气，神，调整好状态，准备进入“工作模式”！
晚班下班的时候，由于自己的车在车场长时间没有开过了，打算开回去让车也转动转动防止电瓶没电和车具的预热，可一场悲剧发生了，电瓶电量太低无法启动！心想这下可麻烦，这时正好震哥，全成和技术部冠杨大哥看到后喊上准备走的几位兄弟准备推车发动，可是一连几个来回还是不能发动，冠杨大哥说看来是电瓶“亏”电亏的严重了，然后全成说以前对这方面有研究和操作过，就把自己的车开过来进行电瓶对电瓶连电发动，找来铜线后在两位的指导协助下车辆发动起来了！中间耽误了半个多小时，大家都是帮我想办法解决，如果没有他们的帮助就无法解决这个问题，同时也给他们表示了感谢。自己通过这件事也进行了总结分析一个星期最少发动一次以及平时的保养，不在没有发动的时候长时间使用电源等等，这样可能对电瓶也能起到一定的保护。
