My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2019

Today i decided to take another step in utilizing the actifit fitness tracker to track my activities and also to see what will happen after posting on steemit, whether actifit token will come in or not.

It funny eh, don't blame me. I have a target of increasing my steem power to a sizeable sum of amount before this year run out, hoping to reach the 10000 steem power. Hmm yeah a very big dream it is but whatever it is i acquire before then i will be greatful for it even if it not up to my target.

So today i engage in early morning jogging over a short distance at my place of work around 4am after taking time out from work to rest instead of resting i decided to jog. Who knows, i may loose some belly fat in the process ( in case you are wondering, am on night duty ).

So after that i engage in walking some distance, shopping and this evening do some jumping jumping am jumping ( jumping in one spot ) bending my knees, swinging my hand sideways, up and down ( this hand swinging kind loose some stifness in my chest ) and am at work now for another wonderful night at work.
