Today was a very active day, just look at the count. In the morning I ran 6 k an then I took the dog out for a walk. In the picture you can see Penny Lane overlooking the park.
In the afternoon I had to push a broken car for more than a mile which make sweat a lot.
The rest was my usual activity.
