Too tired to write a meaningful title: Dave's Actifit blog: June 6 2019
Crikey, I am knackered! 😫
I slept for about 4 hours today and I am suffering. I went for a run at 6am, the humidity was killing me. I ran about 4 miles in total.
Then spent most of the day writing reports, proposals, stuff, more stuff, random stuff, other stuff, followed by some more stuff. 😮
I've decided that I need to win the Lottery. So... I forgot to put the lottery on but the thought was there which counts... Tomorrow I will once again try and win the lottery or sell a kidney on eBay!😲
So, youre probably seeing a pattern. Today was as exciting as watching paint dry on a wet day.
I also did a strength training session there... Cause.... I was bored and now I am exceptionally knackered. I kinda felt like the guy in this picture. The strength wasn't there, I might try and keep doing both on the same day for the rest of the month and see if it works
The idea was to do weights and cardio on the same day but... it is knackering.
Anyway, I am going to grab an early night and watch some Netflix in bed.😉
