My Actifit Report Card: dezembro 3 2018
Another basic day, but I came in the 10k at least, in the last two days it was difficult to reach 5k, imagine 10k.
I also did not get the 10k goal before 10 a.m. in the morning.
Half discouraged, but I'll be fine again soon.

Também não consegui a meta dos 10k antes das 10h da manhã.
Meio desanimado, mas logo volto a ficar bom.
