Never Give Up
It was a busy day but a good one. Being Saturday, that's usually means farmers market in the morning. So I went to the market walking down a bunch of stairs and took another route to do my walking. On my way home I had a heavy backpack full of goodies that I had to carry up on the stairs.
Then I did my 30 minute cycling, which was actually 31 minutes yesterday, not that it makes any difference.
Looks like I was slow again, at least slower than I wanted to be but it's ok, I was tired already and besides, my stepcount for yesterday is a good one, it's over 10k.
My cycling calendar is looking good. Only one skipped days so far. 2.21 hours and 66.72km in a week is ok I'd say. And the week is not even over. Today is Sunday and another occasion to log another cycling training. I need to do it as it's raining heavily again.
