Ich habe den Anschluss gefunden und war heute Morgen eine kleine Runde Laufen. 2,5km sind sicher nicht die Welt aber ein Anfang. Es hat mit meiner wenigen täglichen Bewegung grade so für die 5000 Schritte gereicht.
