My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019
Not the kind of report I do want to post. But I did read somewhere that posting each day can increase your user rank!
The back is slowly getting better! Still lots of pain but standing up after sitting down is getting easier!
Tomorrow I do have a visit with the chiropractor! Hope his magic can decrease the pain even more!

A chiropractor will definitely be of help my friend, as I didn't know that you hurt your back.
I have the habit to "unhook" my lower back discs at least once a year because we don't have a lot of help to distribute heavy maize sacks that are donated to feed the poor. So mister here lifts and carries the sacks.
A chiropractor is the only one that can unhook me with some very painful stretches.
