My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019
Did I skipped yesterday's activity?
Oh yeah I skipped it, not because I took a rest because I donated some blood. Yup you read it right, I donated blood yesterday.
Some says it's nice to do it to keep our body healthy and keep our blood renewed. Well, maybe 'coz since I started donated blood last November 2018, June 2019 I dropped my weight from 75Kg to 66Kg.
Or maybe I just lack of foods lol. Anyway before and after we went to the hospital yesterday to deliver our blood lol I took random photos.
