My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2018

I started work a bit later this morning so took the time to walk into town which was really nice, I managed to get some exercise but more importantly I got some fresh air and got to see some of the day before I ended up pulling my hair out at work !
I still got a few steps in at work but felt energised and ready to tackle what was thrown at me - all I can say is roll on next week !!!
