My Actifit Report Card: 4월 14 2019
안녕하세요
좋은친구(@gfriend96)가 되고싶은 부기입니다.
데이지꽃 입니다.
제가 알던 데이지랑 다르게 생겼는데..
다음 꽃검색으로 데이지일 확률이 94%라네요..
어제 하루 밖에서 조금 놀았다고
오늘은 비도 조금 오고 해서 하루종일 집에만 있었네요 하하
덕분에 걸음수가 확 줄었습니다 하하
오늘은 특이하게(?) 음식을 하나 소개합니다.
요즘 저희 식구들이 꽃혀서 잘먹고있는 집더하기표 부채살스테이크 입니다.
요렇게 생긴친구인데요
시즈닝 되어있는 미국산 부채살부위 200g 입니다.
가격은 7000원 초반인데요
저희동네에서 6000원정도에 자주 세일을 하더군요
저는 후라이팬에 올리브오일을 조금 두르고 달궈준 다음
약 3~40초마다 한번씩 뒤집어 주면서 3~4분정도 적당히 구워서 먹습니다.
시즈닝이 되어 있어 짠맛이 조금 강하지만 육질이 연하고 부드럽습니다.
저도 좋아하지만 아이들도 잘먹고 안주인님도 좋아하십니다.
저렴한 가격에 미국산이지만 스테이크를 간단하게 드시고 싶으시면
이거 한번 사드셔도 좋을것 같습니다.하하
