My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019
I was in the hospital almost the whole day attending to the errands for my mom to be discharged from the hospital. We were in the third floor and the cashier and HMO is at the ground floor. I was going to and fro to pass some documents from the government insurance as well as private insurance, and I am using the stairs!
I also walked three blocks going to a restaurant to buy food and returning to the hospital. I was also walking in place while watching television as we wait for the call from the HMO.
So, I was extra active today, and I love it!
