My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

I walked in the afternoon, and I played with my son outside. A dear friend of ours thought him to play "piko." And this is them playing together while I was walking.

After resting from a light dinner, I jogged in place while cooking spaghetti for an event tomorrow. I think I have been jogging for an hour and I feel great. I sweat like a pig, and I love it so, so much!

I know I excercised late, but it's better late than never. I feel that my blood is circulating so well.

This has been my Actifit day.
