Dobry wieczór Drodzy użytkownicy aplikacji Actifit ☺ Dziś poraz pierwszy od dłuższego czasu rower został w piwnicy a wszelką aktywność wykonywałem dziś spacerkiem na nóżkach a przed chwilą zakończyłem 35 minutową sesję aerobów na stepperze 🌞 Na zakończenie pragnę podziękować i pozdrowić Twórców Actifit za możliwość połączenia przyjemnego z pożytecznym tj. przyjemne spacerki z zarabianiem pieniążków🍀Dziękuję i do zobaczenia jutro 😉
