What a wintery day. We had a big snow storm that started yesterday morning and snowed nonstop until this evening. It was a heavy, wet snow. I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me when I go up and looked outside. Still, the view out our kitchen window was beautiful this morning.

All together we ended up with a little over nine inches of accumulation. That was ok for me but Brownie was having a little trouble getting around in it once it got deeper than her legs.

I did get a pretty good workout shoveling all that snow.

    She loves being out in the snow. The cold makes her very frisky. But she does not like it when the snow is so deep that she sinks up to her chin. It snowed another three inches after the picture was taken, so she is not happy to be outside now. She prefers inside curled up on a pillow.
