Quite an active day for me today. Did Andover Parkrun in the morning and took 20 seconds off of last weekends effort, and then took the dogs for a longer walk (probably about twice the distance they usually go!). Weather was a little grim today, with it being on and off rain but it was pretty mild so I can't complain too much.
Tomorrow I go back up to Norwich, so I'll probably see a little dip in my stepcount as I'll be on and off of trains for 5 hours.
