A reasonably active day today. Mostly consisted of doing Uni work and resting my legs, but I did head out for a run this evening - about 5.5km at some nice paces that have made me a little unsure about just how fast I could do my race on Sunday. I'll just have to wait and see!
Tomorrow should be Parkrun day but I've decided against it to give myself some well earned rest before the Half Marathon on Sunday. I'll still get up early and instead I'll upload all the runs I've missed over the past week.
