Because at that point of age students are not only in the process of growing up, as also their more availablity is to bear the burden of studies, busing in sports and handling a lot of other social activities to the max. The most thing for a growing up student is not only have a healthy mind to keep things understand well, but also take their body to healthiest level for good physical performance in keeping themselves at the top of the game. But what are the important things should their priorities in their daily life routine
Sleep well It's not only fir students but also for everyone minimum eight hours goodnight sleep can relaxe the mind in an amaizing way.
Proper Hydration
It shouldn't matter the season is summer or winter, staying well hydrated is an important factor of a healthy life
Balanced Food and Eat well
A balanced diet plan always gives you reminder of health concious.
Morning Walk and Exercise
Sleep early and wake up early in the morning, go for a jog and breathe long to increase your lungs power.
Take yourself out from your relaxed zone before this you take yourself in a entered in stressed zone
