My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2019
At the time of writing this post, it is 07:25pm. Today has not been so hectic but not withstanding, I still did a lot of work at my work place today. Basically, walking around directing patients to the appropriate quarters, walking from one office to the other taking appropriate files to other quarters and gathering data for my research walk. I really moved around a lot today and I also dropped out during break to run an errand. 
Great counting you made a great steps count...keep going.
