今日全程係噉行下行下行左成個荃灣，就是為咗搵一本書，一本關於中國古老醫學的書。跑完整個荃灣都找不到，之後就去到美孚，差一點仲被他們老點去元朗，結果都時找不到，全線都沒有，這本書叫做中國長壽解碼。
