My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019
Hi Actifitters,
Hope you all are doing great with your fitness journey. I am also doing the same even I have just set the goal to work more on my fitness from then on. Because fitness is all about keeping yourself healthy and happy. You look beautiful when your skin glowing that is only possible when you take healthy diet with some walk.
Daily Activity is also a good source of keeping yourself healthy. Walk a bit after every meal. The Morning Walk has no comparison with any other fitness tool. We have got a winter season so it is almost impossible for all of us waking up in early morning for a regular walk on cold grass. It can be possible when you set the goal and start working on it without taking any difficulty into account.
I walked with my aunt today at the nearest park. The greenery of the grass is appealing to my eyes and soothing the whole day. This routine won't make us sluggish. I am jubilant to have this routine.
