My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2019

Today was a good day and now before bed I am enjoying some Netflix in bed.

Today I took it real easy on my fitness because I am still sore from wednesday when I did a 30 minute Insanity workout, that broke me.

Lumina was better still but still not entirely better.

Sleep will do us all good. See y'all in the morning.
