My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019
Today was another great day for activity, before, during and after work. Today was sunny, dry and productive.
Unfortunately lately I have been very busy and so haven't been posting regularly but that hasn't slowed down my fitness.
Today at the office I did my usual 30 minute Insanity routine and also I walked before and after work. My step count was a respectable 12k. :)
In other news, the wife and I are gonna buy a new used van in the next week or two. We knew we would need a van eventually and now the time is here. Actually, I had been hoping BTC or steem would pay for this purchase, but... Nope.
But wow, one thing that is pumping is silver and gold! Glad I'm a stacker.

Thank you very much. I have been trying really hard to get stronger and fitter. I definitely feel like I am growing in strength, in part because I strive for 10k+ steps a/day.
Hopefully the next vehicle after this van can be purchased via steem.

I really think that is likely, but to be fair I really thought Steem would be $1.00 by now.
Interesting side note, Im not far off my other predictions for 2019. Here are my predictions for some coins I like within 2019.

Most of my numbers are close or even low, hopefully steem can prove me right within the next 4 months!

Yes sir, nice view from my skytrain window, heading into work yesterday morning. Do you think the metal prices are a product of US-China trade wars? Or is it the recent US lowered interest rate, which in my opinion points to the US economy coming apart at the seems and people are seeing this more and more.
