One step at a time... | Actifit: October 3 2019
Yesterday I continued my renewed commitment to activity and once again crossed that coveted 10k step mark.
The day was punctuated by movement starting at 345am when my eldest daughter woke daddy for the day...
Kids are great! ;)
But really though it was a sleepless night, the day was lovely including a wonderful morning walk and challenging lunch hour run.
I know I'm not physically where I once was but yet I'm doing alright. And days like yesterday add up, one by one, to slowly change one's life. As I said before I'm not where I want to be, but I'm proudly on my way.
In Other News...
In other news, did you all hear about future Emperor of Mars, Elon Musk's press release? His interplanetary ship is 6 months away from complete... The guy is literally changing the future of mankind single-handedly.
P.S. those who follow my families journey, things are going great. Hazel and Lu both started school: kindergarten and preschool respectively. They are growing and learning and we have been so blessed with many amazing memories lately, some of which I've shared here, and some I've saved for myself. :)
Thank God for the challenges and blessings. Praise God.
