En un proyecto de investigación, me he adentrado en un club de voleibol, concretamente el club de A Coruña Calasancias. Con la intención de responder a la siguiente pregunta ¿es el deporte de competición un agente socializador? Para responde esta cuestión, nos centraremos en un enfoque cualitativo, en el que por medio de entrevistas a los diferentes actores que forman parte del club, así como a la observación participante en tres espacios de competición, se analizará el club como un contexto de socialización, estudiando cómo se generan y mantienen las relaciones sociales entre jugadores y jugadoras.

En un inicio, los objetivos planteados eran claros, el principal, conocer si el deporte de competición era o no un agente socializador, si practicar una destreza deportiva genera grupo o crea individualismos en el ámbito de un club deportivo de voleibol de la ciudad de A Coruña

In a research project, I have entered a volleyball club, specifically the club of A Coruña Calasancias. With the intention of answering the following question, is competition sport a socializing agent? To answer this question, we will focus on a qualitative approach, in which, through interviews with the different actors that are part of the club, as well as the participant observation in three competition spaces, the club will be analyzed as a context of socialization , studying how social relationships between players and players are generated and maintained.

Initially, the objectives set were clear, the main one, knowing whether or not the competition sport was a socializing agent, if practicing a sports skill generates a group or creates individualisms within the scope of a volleyball sports club in the city of A Coruña
