My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2018

Hello Actifitters!

It's Tuesday, and it's almost midnight here. So before the clock hits 12, I have to post my @actifit activities today!

I just had my normal activities for today, but still glad that I am able to achieve 5000 activity counts as daily goal. I am aiming even higher, but let me spare it for tomorrow because I won't be at home.

There are some moments that I am unable to take my phone with me, or the numbers are not moving, but it's still good that I still broke 5000.

Here are my activities for today:

  • Daily activities
    After my necessities as I woke up, I did my normal exercises in the morning. Of course, I did stretching to keep up with my muscles, and won't get abrupt usage of it as I do my exercises. Then J did sit-ups which I doubled the counts from the usual. Then I proceeded to push-ups, followed by planking. I also did my non-physical activities such as breathing exercises, and Emotional Freedom Technique.

  • House chores
    My chores involves walking around the house. It somehow helped to achieve my daily goal. I also did climbing the stairs a lot of times.

  • Walking
    It is my habit to walk around the house. In fact, even if I am brushing my teeth, I do walk a lot!

My Weight for Today

My weight went down a bit from 58.7 to 58.6.
