My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2018

Hello actifitters!

I am unable to post my report last night because I am so tired after an entire day being out. We also traveled three towns for deaf field service. When I got home, I did my other online works. As I reached the time when I am about to post my @actifit report, I am very tired physically and mentally already. I couldn't function well, and then I fell asleep. I even had huge activity counts yesterday due to my travels and walks, as well as some running.

Today, I stayed at home to take some rest. But of course, I did kept my motions even at home. I remained active physically so I am able to reach my goal for today.

Here are my activities today:

  • Daily activities
    My first physical activity is exercise. As I got up from bed, I did my exercises which are stretching, sit-up, planking, and push-up. I increased my counts so I my body would be physically active. After my breakfast, I did breathing exercises and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

  • House Chores
    My house chores are part of my daily activities. I did some walking by doing them.

  • Walking
    I did a lot of walking around the house. I even gone up and down the stairs which is a good way of exercise.

My weight for today:

I saw the digital weighing scale. It seems it is more accurate than the analog one.
