My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019 Plus photos from the forest fungi hunt 😁.
Please can I have some nice sunny weather 4 day's of rain, wind and cold is getting a bit much when they are still predicting another 4 day's of it😱. The wet weather gear is getting a workout lately to keep pushing for my 10k daily step goal.
As I mentioned in my last post yesterday the main track I use for walking is cut off from the lake rising and it has gotten even higher in the last day. Also the town lost electric power tonight for around four hours probably from the high winds we got late this afternoon. Glad I was not having to repair the problem in this crazy weather lol.
On a better note I have some photos from the forest fungi hunt 😁.

Good to see that you still made your count for the day. In Lagos we have what we call the 7 days rain, it varies yearly but you generally have rainfall continuously for 6 to 8 or 9 days and it normally happens July/August. Well done.

Brrr - well, you would live in Tassie! We are cold here too.... but we're on the other side of midwinter, so we can only go up, right? My hot water service broke last night.... aahhhhaaahhhhhh
Yep it was my choice to move here🤣 Yep the day's are getting longer again 👍. Hope you can get the hot water fixed quick better get J onto it👍.

So the electrician came around and said it was the Smart Metre period so he rang Powercor and Powercor said that they don't break . they can come out and check it but if it isn't the Smart Metre they will charge it $770 period are you fucking kidding . excuse my French. So Jamie will buy a second hand hot water system because you can buy them cheap from when people change them to solar hot water. We kinda need a new one anyway. So if its not that then we change tack. Either way we arent paying thousands.. just have to go through drama to solve it.
