Yeah, everyone is feeling it. When people get told they can re-apply to do the same job for less money, it's going to bring everyone down.

That is what they want to be able to pay everyone less. Notice the pollies voted themselves a 2% pay increase the other day while workers on weekend penalty rates get a pay cut😡
